astrophysics at the University of Arizona in
1991. His research specializations include
breakthrough propulsion physics, general

spacecraft exploration of the outer solar

Scott R. Little |

| Mr.
Little has over twenty-five years experience in
engineering and management for technical projects.
His experience in hands-on engineering includes
mechanical engineering skills ranging from master
machining to mechanical design, and electronics
engineering expertise in computer-automated test and
evaluation equipment. Mr. Little has a degree in
Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at
Austin.

| Ms.
Little has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from The
University of Texas at Austin. She worked as a
Material Scientist for Lockheed Martin during the Return
to Flight effort following the Columbia accident.
She has also worked in the semiconductor industry
reverse engineering replacement parts for ion
implanters. Ms. Little has experience in computer
drafting, machining, mechanical design and basic
programming.

graduate of the McCombs School of Business at The
University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Puthoff has been with
EarthTech since June 1995. He has a Bachelors of
Business Administration in Corporate Finance. He
specializes in small business contract transactions,
budgeting, financial reporting and operations
strategy/management.
