Schedule
A new schedule has been posted. Please regard the timetable as provisional; it is likely we will be able to make changes at members' request. We were able to accommodate individual requests for timing hopefully without incurring too many undesirable juxtapositions. Where a range of possible presentation durations was given I have taken the upper limit where possible. The total time members requested for presentations was approximately 27 hours. 75 minutes has been allocated for each presentation hour (2.5 hours in the case of a 2 hour presentation) to allow for discussions, resulting in a total of about 35 hours for the week. Of course each speaker is free to dispose of their allocation as they see fit, either as a talk followed by discussions or more homogeneously as a talk interlaced with discussions.

I apologize to those members who have been scheduled, for the sake of continuity of topics, to speak more than once in a day.

An additional constraint was that George Sudarshan could not be present at some times and had requested that some presentations in particular are not scheduled in his absence.

We hope members will continue discussions at other times and will help with suggestions for additional meeting places, eateries, bars etc, and with transportation where possible.

Transportation
The conference center is about 1/2 mile from the Hampton Inn. Though the journey is feasible on foot, the roads here are not pedestrian friendly and the experience may not be very rewarding. A single minibus will leave from the Hampton Inn each morning at 8:30 am to arrive at the center at 8:40 am. The sessions are scheduled to start at 9:00 am. An exception is Monday, when the bus will leave at 9:00am and the sessions will start at 9:30 am. The minibus will make the return trip at the end of each afternoon session. In addition, we can arrange to make a round trip each lunchtime.

Catering
Continental breakfast will be available each morning in the conference room.
The Commons Cafe, in the same building, is another option for breakfast.
Tea coffee juice soda and snacks will be available throughout the day.
Lunch is available from the Commons Cafe.
The time allocated for lunch can be extended and the afternoon session adjusted accordingly in the case that one or more members decide to visit the local eateries.

Information
A small conference package including maps, a schedule, local bus routes, etc. will be available at the Hampton Inn. This information is also available on these web pages.
