"Cover Plate" CR-39

There are pre-etch photos.  This CR-39 does not seem to etch in 6.5M NaOH at 68°C.  While the NaOH becomes cloudy when etching Landauer chips, it stays perfectly clear even after extended periods of time with a "cover plate" chip in it.
